Meet the Board

Christa Vance

Member

Christa Vance has spent most of her career working with non-profits in various roles. Her major accomplishments include participating in and helping lead missions / benevolence teams in over twenty countries during the last few decades, serving as missions coordinator for an international martial arts organization, and serving as a board member. She works at John 3:16 Mission with recovery program students, providing a wide array of miscellaneous support and pursuing a master’s degree. Christa thrives on task lists and assists teams in reaching goals via administrative diligence.

Bobby Bryan

Member

Bobby Bryan is a sergeant with the Tulsa Police Department. He has served for nearly 20 years and during that time he has been a field training supervisor, academy instructor, Vice unit supervisor, detective and law enforcement driver training co-coordinator. He has worked and trained with the DEA, Secret Service, US Marshall’s, Department of Homeland Security and FEMA. He spent five years as a member of the Attorney General’s and US Attorney’s Human Trafficking Task Force. Bobby is also an ordained minister with a Doctor of Ministry degree and Master of Arts degree in Counseling. He is the senior pastor of Home Bible Church and founder of Strong Home Ministries, a mission outreach ministry. He is also a regular speaker at John3:16 Mission.

Julian Joy

Julian Joy is a dynamic leader known for his entrepreneurial spirit and strategic insight. With a proven track record in founding and scaling businesses, Julian brings extensive expertise in executive leadership across diverse for-profit sectors, including advising startups and growing brands. Julian combines his business acumen with advocacy for better resources and training, aiming to equip these essential workers with the tools they need to thrive. Julian’s leadership extends beyond operations; he is dedicated to fostering a culture of support and excellence within One Badge. His efforts ensure that our programs not only address immediate needs but also foster sustainable, trust-based relationships between officers and the communities they serve.

Jeremy Snow

Member

Jeremy Snow is current serving his community on the city council for the past 6 years and is the Mayor of the City of Drumright. He currently sits on the board of the Drumright Housing Authority. Jeremy also serves as the Zoning Board Chair in Drumright. Jeremy is a reserve office for the city of Drumright Police Department. He has served the city for 15 years and is an Electrician for Davis H. Elliot. In that time, he has focused in the areas of patrol, special operations, and training. Jeremy is a graduate of Northeastern State University with a bachelor’s degree in counter terrorism.
